Bard Hall Dining Room, Columbia University School of MedicineNew York, NY, 1993
Renovation of a grand dining hall in a 1929 James Gamble Rogers medical students’ residence. The work included new wall and floor finishes, custom lighting, and restoration of decorative plasterwork that had been concealed for decades above a suspended ceiling. The architects designed the tables, chairs and servery furniture, which were custom-built of solid cherry wood.
